Position: Deputy Manager – Business Development
Qualification: BBA / Masters (Preferred) from HEC recognized university
Location: Karachi
Experience: Up to 07 years of experience

Job Description:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing, new, pipelined and live members
2. Build, influence and uphold positive, valuable and congenial relationships with key client contacts
3. Prospect and identify & capitalize new businesses initiatives/leads for Digital payments
4. Identify, review and analyzes issues/ data pertinent to 1LINK member banks & facilitate them with resolution
5. Ensure preparation and maintenance of Business Proposals and updating of MIS and documents over each biller addition
6. Manage business initiatives with FinTechs, Billing companies, New Business ventures, payment schemes & other disruptive ventures
7. Manage and collaborate with banks in the region for introduction of domestic payment scheme i.e. PayPak.

Job Requirements:

1. Knowledge of payment industry trends
2. Excellent communication skills written and oral
3. Interpersonal, negotiation, conflict management and team management skills
