Position Responsibilities:
- Achieve volume and numeric targets for the assigned territory.
- Regularly visit the market to assess CSF (Critical Success Factor) performance and ensure target achievement.
- Prepare sales trend analysis based on Town/Sector/CSF to assist with sales forecasting.
- Coordinate with distributors for the development of the desired CSF structure.
