We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our Medical College in Sukkur. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for medical education and institutional growth.
PRINCIPAL – ZIAUDDIN MEDICAL COLLEGE (SUKKUR)
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the university in line with the vision and mission of the institution.
- Manage academic, administrative, and financial functions of the university.
- Plan, conduct and follow-up accreditation visits by the relevant accreditation/regulatory bodies.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence, research and innovation.
- Lead the development and implementation of academic programmes.
- Ensure quality assurance and accreditation processes are adhered to.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and policies.
Experiences & Qualifications:
- As per PMDC guidelines, applicant shall be a professor having level III qualification in medical sciences as follows:
- FCPS/PhD or equivalent qualifications with other nomenclatures.
- Strong knowledge of the medical field and higher education.
- Should be well-conversant with latest teaching methodology and regulations of the PMDC, CPSP and other health regulatory bodies.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing a team of academics and administrative staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial resources.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and accreditation processes.
