We are looking for dedicated individuals for our Sukkur Campus for the position of

ADMISSION OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
A master’s degree in a related field is advantageous.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or student services

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Languages: (English & Urdu). Comprehension in Sindhi will be an added advantage.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire prospective students and their families.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and sensitive situations with professionalism.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in all aspects of admissions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in both in-person and virtual settings.
Experience with social media platforms and online engagement strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitating students and parents with detailed information about the university offerings, admission requirements, deadlines and financial assistance.
Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings professionally and in a timely manner.
Providing support to students in preparing their application materials, including required documentation.
Reviewing and assessing student applications in accordance with the university’s admissions criteria.
Ensuring the timely processing of applications and communication with applicants.
Maintaining accurate records of applicants in the admissions database, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns.
Representing the institution at various events for prospective student engagement, including education fairs and school visits.
Liaising with the marketing team for timely provision of collateral and material for outreach activities.
Liaising with the university’s affiliated colleges during application processing to ensure a seamless experience for the students.
Traveling to nearby towns for outreach purposes.
