Position: Regional Retail Operations Manager – Gujranwala Division
Location: Gujranwala Division (covering Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat & nearby regions)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Retail Operations Manager to oversee and drive performance across our retail stores in the Gujranwala Division. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, achieve sales and profitability targets, and uphold Zellbury’s brand standards through effective leadership and store management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day retail operations across multiple stores in the assigned region.
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor store KPIs including conversion, ATV, shrinkage, and customer experience metrics.
Lead, train, and motivate store managers and retail teams to deliver exceptional results.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, visual merchandising, and inventory management standards.
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, VM, Supply Chain, Marketing) for smooth operations.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Retail Management, or a related field).
5–7 years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a regional/multi-store role.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
