WE ARE HIRING DESIGNER WESTERN WEAR (MEN) DESIGN STUDIO
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop seasonal collections for men’s western wear, focusing on knits and printed T-shirts, including creation of original artwork, graphics, typography, and branding elements using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other tools.
Conduct trend research on fabrics, colors, prints, and western wear styles, and analyze competitor products to identify innovation opportunities.
Create technical drawings, CADs, and mood boards to present concepts clearly, ensuring designs align with brand aesthetics and market relevance.
Collaborate with merchandising, product development, and production teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Approve and finalize samples, prints, trims, and colors, ensuring accuracy in design execution. Integrate graphics seamlessly into garment designs while maintaining brand consistency and appeal for the target audience.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign visuals, look books, and promotional content, and assist in fabric sourcing and print execution
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design / Textile Design / Graphic Design or equivalent.
3-5 years of relevant experience in men’s western wear design (knits & printed tees).
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
Strong understanding of knit fabrics, garment construction, and print techniques (screen print, DTG, sublimation, etc.).
