Head Recovery Litigation Department (VP/ SVP)

(No. of Position: 1)
Experience:

Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in recovery litigation and designing/ developing of recovery processes. Legal procedures in a financial institution are preferred.

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Preference will be given to candidates having LLB or higher qualification from an HEC recognized University. LL.M will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will report directly to Divisional Head.
Supervise Legal/Recovery team regarding recovery litigation cases.
Monitor legal cases with external lawyers and assist field functionaries in managing their assigned portfolio.
Liaise with external law firms and recovery agents to effectively recover bank’s assets through timely disposal of NPLs and other classified accounts.
Lead and safeguard Bank’s interest through legal means in all recovery-related activities.
Analyze litigated NPLs and formulate strategy for effective recovery.
Review/compile monthly/quarterly reports for the Management and Board.
Maintain litigation portfolios and recover files on a regular basis.
Accord approvals for entrustment of recovery suits to external counsel.
Legal advice as and when required by the field force and management.

Manager Security Operations Center (SOC) (AVP)

(No. of Position: 1)
Experience:

At least 8 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in cybersecurity, network operations, and monitoring. Experience in managing a Security Operations Center (SOC) will be preferred.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCSP, or equivalent will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage SOC operations, monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
Lead SOC personnel in handling security incidents, and escalations.
Manage security tools and technologies used for threat detection.
Develop incident response plans and conduct simulations/drills.
Maintain security event correlation rules and dashboards.
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders for effective threat mitigation.

Manager IFRS-9 & Risk Analytics (AVP)

(No. of Position: 1)
Experience:

Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in Risk/Finance/Accountancy. Experience in IFRS-9-related functions and development of models for risk assessment is preferred.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field. Preference will be given to candidates having professional qualifications like CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement IFRS-9 for expected credit losses (ECL) and manage risk models.
Monitor and evaluate credit risk parameters under IFRS-9 framework.
Oversee periodic re-estimation and validation of credit risk models.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards regarding IFRS-9.
Prepare reports and present to senior management.

M&L Risk Analyst (OG-I/II)

(No. of Positions: 1)
Experience:

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Risk Analytics.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Banking / Finance / Economics. Preference will be given to candidates holding ACCA, CFA, or related qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of Market & Liquidity Risk Dashboard.
Perform risk analysis for reports like Stress Testing, CAR, LCR, NSFR, etc.
Analyze various risk factors in banking portfolios.

Credit Risk Analyst (OG-I/II)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Risk.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field. Professional certifications like ACCA, CFA preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct stress testing and credit risk assessment.
Monitor classified and delinquent portfolios.

Islamic Banking Risk Officer (OG-I/II)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Islamic Banking Operations and Risk Management.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Banking / Finance or related field.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the assessment of risks in Islamic Banking portfolios.

Operational Risk Analyst (OG-I/II)

Experience:

Assist in managing the Operational Risk framework.

Environmental Risk Officer (OG-I/II)

GRC Officer (Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance) (OG-I/II)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in IT, Information Security, or related fields.

Eligibility/Ineligibility Criteria

Maximum age limit for VP/SVP is 55 years, AVP is 50 years, OG-I is 35 years, OG-II is 30 years.

Departmental Head (SAM) – VP
(No. of Positions: 2)
(For Islamabad/Karachi)

Experience: Minimum 10-years post-qualification relevant experience in Special Assets Management / Recovery function of Agri. / SME / Consumer financing in banking sector. However, working in Agri. recovery will be preferred.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Preference will be given to candidates having relevant Master’s Degree from HEC recognized University or equivalent foreign qualification.

Outline of Main Duties/Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will report directly to Divisional Head.
Monitor & manage infected portfolio, analysis of budget vs achievement & identify gaps, corrective measures within the allocated regions.
Setting/Accomplishment of predefined targets in respect of NPLs & Charge off portfolio.
Develop and implement an effective recovery plan for each branch/MCO circle to maximize recoveries, minimize losses for repayments, arrest the NPLs & Charge off swelling portfolio and asset tracking.
Persuasion of loaning portfolio in respect of recovery targets of NPLs and charge-offs. Commence recovery campaigns for the achievement of predefined allocated targets through field visits and other recovery tools.
Provide feedback to enhance NPL management policies and processes and to strengthen the internal controls.
Keep in close liaison with field functionaries for the disposal of acquired properties.
Supervise, monitor working units of SAM offices and LLUs regarding recovery of classified loans/Project loans and ensure the timely filing of recovery suits of delinquent customers through LLUs.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
