Our ideal candidate will be able to align and execute Zameen’s business strategy, bring together combined and cutting-edge HR solutions (and take ownership of designated HR processes), recruit right talent and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Furthermore, the candidate should exhibit sound commercial knowledge, prior experience in dealing with HR best practices, mass recruitment and excellent employee management skills.
Job Location: Lahore
Minimum Education: Bachelors (MBA from a reputable University will be a plus)
Minimum Experience: 8 Years (Sound experience in recruitment, planning, analytics & grievance handling)
