Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Final Random Inspections (FRI) across client accounts
✅ Ensure customer expectations and standards are implemented
✅ Conduct root cause analysis, develop CAPA, and coordinate with Senior Manager QA
✅ Bridge communication between production floor and client quality needs
✅ Attend PP & TPR meetings and ensure equipment calibration
✅ Drive continuous improvement through GEMBA walks and performance reporting
