Join Our Team as Manager – E-Commerce
Are you passionate about e-commerce and ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Manager of E-Commerce.
Experience: Minimum 6 Years (Proven experience in e-commerce and brand management, preferably on Walmart, Wayfair, and Amazon)
Education: Graduation/Masters
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive sales growth and elevate brand visibility across major online marketplaces like Walmart, Amazon, Wayfair, eBay, Etsy, and others through innovative and targeted strategies.
-Conduct product research and identify new products for e-commerce marketplaces.
-Develop and execute strategies for product development, inventory planning, and marketing budget allocation.
-Create compelling product listings, optimize content, and manage PPC campaigns.
-Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement optimization strategies.
-Manage customer reviews, handle communication, and maintain brand reputation.
-Oversee shipment logistics, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal and external teams.
-Explore international markets, conduct competitor analysis, and drive sales experiments.
-Manage Amazon B2B portal, pursue reimbursements, and submit claims for lost shipments.
-Collaborate with account managers, coordinate promotions, and negotiate deals with marketplace platforms.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and brand management.
Skills:
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and optimize sales metrics.
