Position: Manager – Marketing
To manage, improve and capitalize on the existing business opportunities while ensuring the smooth flow of execution of samples and orders.

Core functions of the job
-Managing overall operations of centralized R&D Center with Designing Team, Stitching and PD Team to work with Buyers/Marketing teams for new developments.
-Manages and monitors performance of team members by setting measurable targets, clarifying the expectations and providing regular feedback on performance.
-Doing Intensive research for trend forecasting to make Sustainable & Eco-Friendly products with concept of less damage to planet
-Plan and prepare targets for design departments
Requirements
- Profound knowledge of colors, patterns, and textures
-Trend and emerging brand awareness
-Strong negotiating, listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
-Inventory and merchandising management.
-In-depth knowledge of latest trends and forecasting trends
