Designation: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Accounts
Qualification: ICMA Finalist / CA part qualified/ MBA / ACCA Finalist
Experience: 03 to 06 Years
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly Overhead report and compare it with the budget
- Coordinate with building heads on cost control
- Inventory management through monitoring of stock, its transfers, adjustment, and recording of timely wastage
- Work and implement different assignments by management, like SOMS, SPSS & stitching payroll system
- Coordinate with the internal audit team and external auditors on their respective assignments & accomplish their tasks smoothly & easily. Also, assist in the physical stock count of all locations
- Review shipped sales orders and coordinate with the planning department for inventory adjustment
- Monitoring of Sewing Articles Operation with SAM working
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization
- Coordination with Marketing and compare pre-costing with the actual result and suggest areas of improvement
