Position Title: Assistant Manager Production/Stitching
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 03-05 Years

Responsibilities:
- Follow up on feeding production targets and review with line balancing
- Daily review of accessories fabric and running production according to the plan
- Follow up on Current-day packing and transfer according to the plan
- Floor visit with line leaders to have proper checks and balances
- Monitoring KPI boards, safety quality targets, and efficiency- Gemba & Obeya on floors.
- Teammates should be aware of the clear timeline and their sensitivity to the workflow
- Provide timely feedback on the staff’s progress on the job and ensure feedback is based on the role performed and development needs are shared for future growth
- Provide on-the-job training concerning technical knowledge and coach team members from time to time based on the need assessment to improve their product knowledge and work efficiency

Position Title: Assistant Manager Quality
Qualification: Graduate

Responsibilities:
- To assist the Senior Manager/ Quality Control manager on the assigned unit as per the requirement of customers and as per the company’s standard work
- Supervising QC Heads and QCs
- Ensuring SOPs, Work instructions, procedures, and relevant policies are available and implemented, like metal control.
- Ensure the specs, samples, and other necessary details regarding the products and their timely availability.
- Implementation and verification of SOPs, work instruction, and related procedures across the assigned unit(s)
- Down the line training of the team for their assessments, and calibrations for their further developments
- To assist the manager in implementing quality and production specifications
- To prepare reports on quality aspects
