YKK Technologies Jobs Senior Officer HR:

We are actively looking for a “Senior Officer HR” for our factory located at the Karachi Export Processing Zone.
The following are the requirements for this position:

1. Conduct TNA using performance appraisal forms and analyze organizational needs.
2. Create and present an annual training plan
   3.Plan and implement internal, in-house, and external training programs in accordance with the annual training plan.
3. To assist the Head of HR with HR projects, reports, employee engagement and salary surveys.
   Qualification: BBA/MBA/MHRM/MPA
   Experience: 1 to 2 years in the relevant area.
   Skills:
   MS Office, Business Correspondence, Interpersonal and communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills are the part of required skills.
