We are looking for a “Senior Executive” to join our Dyeing Department at our factory located in Karachi Export Processing Zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- To schedule DTM (Dyed to Match).
- To develop and deal with DTM process.
- To monitor dyeing process parameters.
- To set chemical auxiliaries’ concentration.
- To perform Inspection of dyed tape through data color/visually.
- To operate and control NCCW software.
- To operate DTM development machines.
- To maintain one shot dyeing record.
- To maintain recipe.
- To maintain record of DTM waste.
- To ensure cost reduction and controlling throughout the section.
- To prepare the monthly dyeing data.
- To prepare the DTM summary.
- To provide training /awareness sessions to their staff as per guidance from HR department.
Qualifications: BE Textile Engineering preferably from a HEC recognized university/institute.
Experience: A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Skills & Knowledge: Pressure handling skills, Decision making and problem-solving skills, Communication skills, Follow-up skills, Adaptability (Adjustment to change), Time Management, Detail oriented, Documentation, Teamwork, DTM (Color Management Technology), Computer applications and MS-Office operations.
