We are seeking an “IT Executive” for our factory located in the Karachi Export Processing Zone, Landhi, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT hardware and software.
- Provide IT support to all YKK Pakistan users (Support Level-1).
- Ensure the information provided by the system is accurate, timely, and always accessible.
- Ensure data and system access adhere to standard policies and procedures.
- Manage map drives and regularly review access rights.
- Maintain backups.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of Windows servers and services.
- Install servers, desktops, and laptops according to the authorized list of software applications.
- Maintain and follow up on IT asset management, device errors, periodic tests, preventive maintenance, and WPS to ensure proper functioning of all IT systems.
- Maintain and follow up on IT software licenses, SLAs, AMCs, and up-to-date vendor records as per IT Head instructions.
- Check physical ACL, logical ACL, and server room visitor logs and verify with the IT Head on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Maintain monthly server capacity indicators and update physical files monthly.
- Follow ISMS policies and procedures and participate in internal and external ISMS audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in ISMS, Office 365 power tools, network and hardware, and software support.
