Wavetec is looking for Finance Executive!
Location: Karachi
Education: At least B.Com or ACCA part qualified
Experience: 2-3 years in the relevant field, candidates having an external audit experience is a plus.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Review and prepare financial statements and accounting reports for Senior and departmental management as well as external parties like the government as and when need on monthly basis.
• Monthly and periodical filing of all regulatory returns such as GST, income tax, withholding tax, EOBI, SESSI, SECP etc. Also responding to the notices issued by the relevant authorities.
• Update all invoices, incoming and outgoing payments in SAP including monthly salaries.
• Reconcile all account head timely in SAP so that real time Profit Loss and Balance Sheet is available in SAP.
• Maintain GL records and prepares all necessary reports and correspondence related to the work.
• Report actual expenses and monitor expenses against budget of each department.
• Perform related work as assigned from time to time by the Manager Accounts.
