Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled web developer to join our team of innovative individuals who are consistently raising the bar on creativity and user experiences. The ideal candidate is a talented resource with extensive technical expertise who can work alongside a team and independently in the creation, maintenance, and updates of websites for our various companies in a variety of industries. Proficiency in JavaScript, wordpress, HTML, CSS, and other web services and program applications is essential to succeeding in this role. The web developer will have an immediate effect on our brands, as well as an ongoing impact in solidifying our industry-wide reputation for stellar design.
Objectives of this Role:
Consistently create well-designed, tested code using best practices for website development, including mobile and responsive site design
Create & maintain our websites and user interfaces, using standard HTML/CSS practices, javascript & wordpress.
Develop or validate testing schedules, addressing all browsers and devices to ensure various computers can access content
Maintain updated knowledge of new and emerging industry trends and technology
Aid the team in all technical aspects, ranging from html email designs, to fixing all things server & client side.
Responsibilities:
Work regularly with the team and management to understand and refine business and functional requirements and determine project scopes and specifications in the technical aspect
Develop and maintain strategic operational systems, tools, and processes, including participation in tactical and strategic development projects
Maintain all the technical aspects of the websites and help the team in perfecting the technical SEO of the website as well
Aid team in new marketing initiatives like marketing automation, email designs, setting up tools, etc
Work quickly and carefully to complete small edits requested by the team, develop plans for completing larger projects, collaborate with colleagues, and suggest new solutions to improve existing websites
Manage CRM, Hubspot, & other hosting/domain portals.
Perform UI designs and coding, creating reusable objects and templates, wireframes for web pages and email templates; manage maintenance, updates, expansions, and scaling of each design
Perform regular file backups to local directories for recovery
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in web design, computer sciences, or related field
- Has an experience of at least 2 years
- Proficiency with content management systems, including WordPress and Hubspot
- Dedication to innovative, sophisticated designs and collaborative problem solving
