We’re looking for a skilled Senior Executive – Transmission NOC to manage fault resolution, monitor transmission infrastructure, and support OTN, MSTP & DWDM networks.

Position Summary: Monitoring, configuration, fault reporting, and internal/external coordination with all stakeholders for related matters concerning OTN/DWDM/SDH and Fiber Cable networks.

Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with incoming faults in a professional, courteous manner over the phone and via email.
• Escalate, rectify, and monitor issues within SLA.
• On-call support for remote troubleshooting of L1 & L2 support.
• Monitoring of transmission, LH Fiber, and Metro networks.
• Performance and Health Check of OTN, MSTP & DWDM (BWS 1600G) Network.
• Knowledge of EPL, EVPL Service Configuration on MSTP/OTN Network with protection schemes.
• Flexible to work in shift routines (day/night/on-call).
• Coordination with all stakeholders (Internal/External) for issue resolution.

Education & Experience

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• HCIA/HCIP Transmission training would be a plus.
• Have knowledge/experience in Huawei SDH/WDM & OTN technologies & NCE with knowledge of ASON-E, ASON-O, Ring MSP, Linear MSP & SNCP protection schemes.
