𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Plot Z-85, SITE Phase 2, Scheme 33, near Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi.
We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐇𝐑 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐬) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end medical claim processes, ensuring compliance, and providing timely support to employees.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Handle employee medical claim processing and reimbursement.
Liaise with insurance providers for policy matters and claim settlements.
Maintain accurate records of medical claims and employee entitlements.
Address employee queries related to medical benefits and insurance policies.
Coordinate with hospitals, labs, and medical vendors where necessary.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labor laws.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
4–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, particularly in medical claims.
Strong understanding of employee benefits and claim handling.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
