Responsibilities:
� Addressing all customer related matters through different means of communication (Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, Online Chat)
� Processing all online orders.
� Coordination with web warehouse for online orders
� Call Courier Logistic operations (Coordination, Complaints, Follow-ups)
� Increase and emphasize Customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer services.

Experience: 3 to 4 Years Max
