Uniworth Dress Co. is looking for an Assistant Manager Customer Care
Responsibilities:
• To Assist the manager in planning and executing Customer Care functions.
• To Assist in monitoring the UAN Helpline, Club Card, Customer Claims, Customer Data Bank, Social Media, Live Chat, Online Store and Retail Customers services.
• Responsible to achieve targets given by the management.
• Reporting to Management on weekly or monthly basis.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 5-6 years relevant experience (Retail Experience is Mandatory)
Location: Quaid e Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat Lahore
