✅ Requirements:
For Associate Professors:
-PhD in the relevant field from a recognized institution
-Minimum 5 years of teaching or professional experience
-A strong portfolio of research publications
-Capable of mentoring students and contributing to academic leadership
For Lecturers:
-Master’s degree or higher in the relevant field (PhD preferred)
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Professional personality and appearance
-Camera-friendly and confident must be comfortable being recorded for lecture delivery
-Not shy in front of an audience or the camera
-Prior teaching or industry experience will be a plus
