UPCO are looking for “Senior Executive Human Resource (Training & Development)”.

Requirement & Skills:

The incumbent should be MBA / BBA major in HRM.
4-5 years of hands-on experience in employee training & development programs (Internal / External trainings), performance management system, employee engagement programs, and employer branding.
Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Female candidates will be preferred.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs to address identified needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of organization-wide initiatives to improve performance, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems and tools.
Analyze performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
Coordinate employee feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups, and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
Plan and organize employee events and activities to promote team building.
Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding strategies.
Manage employer branding channels, including social media, company website, and recruitment materials.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
