𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴! Planning Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented Planning Executive to support daily production planning activities, SAP-based operations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
🔸Record daily production and ensure timely follow-ups with relevant departments
🔸Create, monitor, and support Production Orders in SAP
🔸Assist in new material induction and master data accuracy
🔸Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP
🔸Maintain bobbin and carton records, including issuance and consumption tracking
🔸Coordinate with Marketing, Production, and Dispatch teams
🔸Prepare accurate weekly and monthly SAP reports
🔸Perform additional tasks assigned by management
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
🔸Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline
🔸1–3 years of experience working on SAP S/4HANA
🔸Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering)
🔸High attention to detail with strong coordination and communication skills
