𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴! HR Executive
We are looking for a proactive and organized 𝗛𝗥 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 with strong experience in Recruitment, Payroll, and employee engagement.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
🔸Manage 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗼𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴.
🔸Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
🔸Manage end-to-end 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 accurately and timely.
🔸Handle attendance, leaves, overtime, and salary through 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗛𝗖𝗠.
🔸Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
🔸Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
🔸Administer 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 & 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, including claims and coordination with insurance providers.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
🔸bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
🔸2–3 years of experience in HR operations.
🔸Strong command over 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
🔸Experience in recruitment
🔸Hands-on experience with HRMS (𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗛𝗖𝗠 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀)
