WE’RE HIRING EXPORT SALES MANAGER

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in export marketing (preferably in the flexible packaging industry).
Travel Flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.
Leadership & Communication Skills: Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Target-Driven: Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Software Proficiency: Knowledge of SAP/S4 HANA is a plus.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Export Sales Activities: Oversee all sales activities related to the export of flexible packaging materials, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
Price Negotiation: Negotiate competitive pricing to meet revenue goals while maintaining profitability.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about export market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by targeting potential customers in various regions and countries.
Sales Planning & Execution: Plan, develop, and implement sales strategies by analyzing customer needs and offering tailored solutions to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Budget and Time Management: Ensure that all sales and marketing activities are executed within budget and time constraints.
Problem Solving: Take proactive measures to resolve issues that may hinder the export process or sales activities.
Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze competitors’ marketing and sales strategies, and use insights to develop plans that will help the company gain a competitive edge by prioritizing target countries.
Professional Development: Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance industry knowledge and sales skills.
