📍 Location: Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Karachi
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field)
Are you detail-oriented and analytical with a passion for numbers and operations? We are looking for a Costing Officer to join our team to support accurate production costing and inventory control.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
🔹Record Daily Production: Maintain accurate daily records of production, including quantities produced, materials used, and any production issues.
🔹Conduct Monthly Stock Count: Perform monthly physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
🔹Monthly Stock Valuation: Evaluate inventory on hand monthly using standard valuation methods.
🔹Pre-Costing for Sales: Provide pre-costing support to the sales team to assist with quoting and pricing.
🔹Anomaly Detection: Investigate and report any abnormalities in inventory or production data.
𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
🔹Maintain precise and up-to-date records of production and inventory.
🔹Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and suggesting improvements.
🔹Work collaboratively with production and sales teams to ensure smooth communication of production and inventory data.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
🔹Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
🔹Strong analytical and numerical skills
🔹Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
🔹Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
🔹Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
