02 – 04 years of relevant experience

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and assign them to order bookers by territory/area to ensure optimal product distribution and availability across all outlets.
Prepare and share territory-wise and category-wise sales reports, analyzing target achievement and KPIs to identify gaps and opportunities.
Lead and manage order bookers by monitoring daily performance, coaching them on sales techniques, and ensuring they have complete knowledge of company products, trade schemes, and resources required for success.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure numeric and weighted distribution, monitor outlet coverage and productivity, and stay updated on competitor activities and market dynamics.
Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities at assigned outlets in line with the company’s trade marketing calendar and brand visibility guidelines.
Plan and monitor Permanent Journey Plans (PJPs) to ensure optimal coverage and route-to-market (RTM) efficiency within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment on business objectives, stock availability, service levels, and compliance with company standards.
Manage sales budgets and forecasts, making informed decisions that maximize revenue, control costs, and drive profitable growth in the assigned territory.
