Export Documentation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, airway bills, and export licenses.
- Ensure all documentation complies with international trade laws, customs regulations, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping companies to ensure timely and accurate documentation processing.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
- Proven experience in export documentation or logistics management.
- Proficiency in SAP HANA
Experience: 6 to 7 years of experience in Import & Export, Trade, or related roles.
