Unity Foods Limited is currently hiring in Finance department for Account Officer – Payable.
Job Description:
- Verify, process and post supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.
- Match invoices with purchase orders (PO) and goods receipt notes (GRN).
- Ensure timely processing of payments to vendors, utility bills, and service providers.
- Perform periodic reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Ensure all expenses are recorded in the appropriate cost centers.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to accounts payable.
- Work in SAP S4 HANA for payables management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Master’s will be preferred.
- Good communication skills.
