JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to develop high-impact static and motion graphics for digital campaigns. This role focuses on crafting conversion-driven visuals for social media, display ads, landing pages, and emails, while collaborating with marketing teams to align design with performance goals and brand identity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design static and motion graphics for digital ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, YouTube thumbnails, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop ad variations optimized for A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Create landing page graphics, banners, and email campaign designs aligned with performance goals.
- Ensure all performance creatives adhere to brand guidelines, tone, and aesthetics while innovating for conversion-centric designs.
- Adapt master creatives into multiple sizes and formats for various platforms.
- Work closely with digital marketers, performance analysts, and copywriters to conceptualize designs based on campaign objectives.
- Understand briefs thoroughly and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Research industry trends, competitors’ ad designs, and platform best practices to enhance creative effectiveness.
- Implement insights into upcoming campaign designs for better performance.
- Revise creatives based on performance feedback and data-driven insights to continually improve campaign outcomes.
- Maintain an organized repository of design assets for quick insights.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in designing digital ads with a focus on performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva (if applicable).
- Strong understanding of digital ad formats, sizes, and platform creative guidelines (Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, TikTok).
- Knowledge of user psychology, CTA placement, and layout optimization for conversions.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic video editing or animation skills are a plus for motion ads.
- Understanding of SEO and SEM is a plus.
