POSITION SENIOR OFFICER – QUALITY ASSURANCE
QUALIFICATION
- DAE – Civil / Architecture with at least 3 years experience OR BS – Civil
EXPERIENCE
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (minimum 1 year in school operations is preferred)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct inspections of proposed sites as per QA SOPs, preparing detailed reports on building conditions and suitability for school operations.
- Provide guidance to clients on required renovations, including façade, logo wall, washrooms, color schemes, and structural changes.
- Coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams for site approvals and territory allocations.
- Manage and update QA reports, student strength data, and OMS records, maintaining monthly summaries and approvals.
- Prepare and deliver building layout plans requested by business partners, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Use Maps and demographic analysis for distance evaluation & prepare geo-tagging & case related details in google maps for nationwide territory demarcation & future references for campus placement & location.
- Develop and present professional reports and presentations with clarity, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
- Verify property documents, layout plans, and compliance reports received from regional sales teams to support final site approvals.
- Provide customized design 2D/3D renderings and pace utilization plans aligned with company guidelines.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Proficient in SketchUp 3D
- Proficient in Google Maps / My Maps
- Proficient in Photoshop Rendering
