QUALIFICATION Masters in Education or equivalent
EXPERIENCE At least 4-6 years of experience in developing, managing, and implementing curriculum and teaching at the Primary level.
JOB DESCRIPTION This position is responsible for assisting in developing and designing the curriculum for Primary level, monitoring its effective implementation, and developing trainings/workshops/daily lesson plans/scheme of work/assessments to support relevant stakeholders with the objective of enhancing students’ learning outcomes while complying with company policies and academic processes and guidelines.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficient in English Language
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Educational philosophies (learning theories on how children learn).
- Content-specific knowledge of the subjects till designated class level.
- Expert knowledge of Primary curriculum designing, implementation, and evaluation. Â
- Professional knowledge of all subject approaches, assessment techniques, test/measurement principles, plagiarism, instructional material design, and development. Â
- Understanding of utilising blended learning approaches
- Designing and conducting training.
