Manager – SAP Support
We are looking for an experienced SAP Support Manager to join our team.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- This role involves managing multiple SAP operational tasks, engaging with stakeholders across various functional areas, and leading project teams through successful implementation and optimization of SAP solutions.
- Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules according to business needs.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with development teams on custom solutions.
- Evaluate and enhance existing business processes within the MM and PP modules.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP MM and PP applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and customizations.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning and Material Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business and operations support using SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience within supply chain and/or transaction processing business areas is preferred.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant SAP certifications in MM and PP modules are preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP MM and PP configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Ability to manage and facilitate multiple SAP operational tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for business-focused analysis and decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
