Union Fabrics (Pvt.) Limited is a fast growing vertically integrated Textile Manufacturing Company with state-of-the-art facilities – Weaving, Processing & Stitching. We are supplying complete ladies un-stitched suits in cut-to-pack form as well as in Roll-on-tube to major retail ladies brands of Pakistan. We have in-house extensive design department as well as a exclusively dedicated team for Product Development for brands & unbranded retailers. We have following immediate opening available for our Punjab sales office in Lahore:
Manager – Business Development Ladies Apparel Division
We are looking for building a team of dynamic, results-driven Managers – Business Development for our ladies apparel division team with following key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell ladies’ suits to Pakistani retailers and unbranded wholesalers.
- Conduct due diligence on new buyers through comprehensive market research.
- Perform regular visits to retailers’ procurement offices and collaborate closely with their teams to develop new products and identify opportunities to market Union Fabrics’ products.
- Maintain a strong grasp of product costing principles.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of pricing across the full range of assigned products.
- Aggressively pursue sales targets to drive business growth and earn performance bonuses.
Qualification/Experience/Skills/Expertise:
- 05+ years relevant experience as a similar sales role in a textile company.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to articulate ideas clearly, listen actively, and engage prospects in meaningful conversations is fundamental for building relationships and closing deals.
- Strong Negotiation Abilities: Skilled at persuading others, handling objections, and finding win-win solutions to seal agreements effectively.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Prioritizes understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and building long-term trust to foster repeat business, which includes regular visits to the retailer’s procurement office.
- Optimism and Positive Attitude: Maintains enthusiasm and a can-do mindset, even in even in challenging situations, to motivate themselves and influence others.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowing the technical parameters of the product with its costing and information on the market price of all the relevant product range.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in hitting quotas, achieving goals, or driving revenue growth in previous roles.
- Interpersonal and Relationship-Building Skills: Builds rapport easily, networks effectively, and maintains strong connections with clients and teams.
