General Manager -Stitching (Home Textile)
We’re seeking a result oriented individual with expertise to manage stitching production operation, provide strategic Leadership to achieve desired KPIs. The candidate should have hands on experience of process improvement and lean manufacturing.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage stitching operations, ensuring production capacity planning and resource alignment.
- Lead team to achieve production targets
- Implement and maintain product quality protocols.
- Hire, develop and retain competent workforce.
- Manage budgets, costs, and resource allocation
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer compliance.
Qualification:
- Masters/ (B.E. in Industrial Engineering will be preferred)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience: 15+ Years with minimum 5 years in a leading role. Age: 40-50 years Location: SITE Area, Karachi, Pakistan
