Deputy Manager Security
Job Description
- Primary goal is to maintain security protocols across all factory units.
- Monitoring gate passes and keeping record of leaves, short leaves, inward / outward on daily basis of security staff
- Oversee security personnel and ensure they’re trained and equipped to handle security challenges
- Keep all administrative & security documents records.
- Monitor time office & CCTV on sensitive locations & generate reports on daily basis.
- Placing duties & replacement of security guards at the Units.
- Lead a team of security officers in monitoring a high volume during peak hours & days.
- Respond quickly and effectively to all security violations and duress alarms.
Experience: Around 5 years of experience, preferably managing security across multiple units or locations.
Qualification & Soft Skills:
- Knowledge of security systems, protocols and procedures
- Ability to manage stress and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
