WE ARE HIRING Shift Engineer, Process Ethanol Division
UNICOL Limited, a joint venture distillery plant is looking for qualified and talented individuals for the position based at Plant Site, Mirpurkhas.
Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Monitor and control the overall shift operation of the plant (ENA 96.5% & Ethanol Dehydration Plant for fuel grade 99.9%) to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
- Supervise shift staff and provide necessary support for troubleshooting.
- Maintain optimum process parameters and follow instructions from the Head of Department.
- Record and monitor the consumption of raw materials; control the use of chemicals and strive to minimize waste.
- Regulate all processes from raw material intake to finished product to maintain steady production with consistent quality as per defined specifications.
- Keep the HOD informed about operational challenges and provide regular feedback.
- Supervise maintenance activities during the shift, including issuing maintenance requests and safety permits in line with company procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the plant premises.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have a BE (Chemical) with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.
