Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Manager of Production Planning to join our Export Division for Bedding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production floor and ensuring seamless coordination with various departments to maintain a smooth and efficient production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day production planning and operations for the bedding export division. • Ensure all departments, including procurement, production, quality control, and logistics, are aligned to meet production targets and deadlines. • Develop and implement production schedules, adjusting as needed to meet export demand and quality standards. • Manage and optimize resource allocation, including manpower, machinery, and materials. • Coordinate closely with the export team to ensure timely delivery of products. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track productivity, quality, and efficiency. • Identify areas of improvement in the production process and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency. • Troubleshoot and resolve any production delays or issues. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the production floor.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in production planning, preferably in the bedding or textile industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a production team.
• Good coordination to ensure smooth workflow between departments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Decent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in an export-oriented environment. • IT literacy with a good understanding of production management systems.
