Turnotech is looking for a Project Manager – Managed Services who can take full ownership of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role demands strong managerial capabilities, leadership skills, and a proven ability to independently drive telecom/managed services projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of managed services projects (telco & non-telco).
- Manage and coordinate with customers handling escalations and ensuring transparency in communication.
- Ensure strict compliance to the target KPIs and SLAs.
- Lead cross-functional teams (NOC/field teams, vendors, technical support) to meet delivery timelines and service quality.
- Anticipate risks, handle outages and escalations proactively, and drive resolution within agreed timelines.
- Lead overall delivery, cost control and cash flow to ensure that projects are delivered within budgeted targets.
- Lead all project segments to act as a single point of contact for all project related issues including but not limited to technical delivery, quality of service, EHS, human resource, administration, logistics and collections.
- Standardize delivery and reporting processes for operational efficiency.
- Generate and present detailed project updates, dashboards, and performance reports to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of managerial experience in Managed Services/Telecom with at least 150+ field resources.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects with full accountability.
- Strong customer coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
