WE’RE HIRING Assistant Manager- Logistics
Turnotech is looking for a capable and hands-on Assistant Manager – Logistics to lead logistics and fleet operations supporting nationwide telecom projects. The role demands strong coordination with technical teams, timely resource mobilization, and effective oversight of fleet performance and reporting. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise day-to-day logistics and fleet management to support telecom field activities.
- Ensure timely arrangement of vehicles for project sites in coordination with technical teams.
- Manage fleet deployment, routing, scheduling, and preventive maintenance plans.
- Liaise with vendors for vehicle repairs, servicing, and regulatory compliance.
- Track fuel consumption, driver behavior, and vehicle performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on fuel efficiency, fleet utilization, and logistics cost analysis.
- Maintain documentation for transport activities, vehicle logs, and driver records.
- Support compliance with company transport policies and operational standards. Job Location: Islamabad Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in logistics and fleet operations, preferably within the telecom or field services sector.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and logistics tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail
