We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Dealer Network) to expand and manage our dealer network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with dealers, achieving sales targets, and promoting our products in the assigned territory and conducting regular market visits.
Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Required: 3-4 Years experience. At least 1-2 Years in similar capacity
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers in targeted regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure continuous business growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the dealer channel.
- Conduct regular field visits to dealers, markets, and project sites as required.
- Travel extensively within assigned territories to monitor dealer performance and identify new opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities.
- Ensure dealers are aligned with company’s pricing, branding, and business policies.
- Submit timely reports on visits, dealer performance, and market trends to management.
- Must be willing to travel frequently within assigned regions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
