🚀 Job Opportunity: Plant Operator – Port Qasim (Karachi)

Key Responsibilities
=> Operate, monitor, and log performance of plant systems (e.g., compressors, pumps, reactors)
=> Maintain process parameters like temperature, pressure, flow, and levels
=> Perform routine checks, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for equipment issues
=> Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), permit-to-work (PTW), and lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) protocols
=> Support preventive maintenance and contribute to safety initiatives
=> Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with HSE standards
=> Collaborate with process engineers, maintenance teams, and shift supervisors
Minimum Requirements
=> DAE in Chemical Engineering
=> At least 5 years of relevant experience in a chemical, petrochemical, or process plant environment (e.g., power, fertilizer, polymer)
=> Strong familiarity with industrial safety procedures (PTW, LOTO, HSE)
=> Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
=> Practical understanding of DCS/PLC systems is a plus
