We are hiring Team Lead Administration
Key Accountabilities
- Facilitate & ensure execution of administrative & security services at all Tri-Pack facilities to ensure efficient office & plant operations.
- Responsible for handling general administrative matters i.e. staff facilitation & welfare, maintenance work at facilities and management of misc. admin services via 3rd Party contracts/service providers (Canteen, Horticulture, Flees/Transport, Civil works, Housekeeping/hygiene etc.)
- Responsible for Security administration & protocols at all facilities.
- Managing the shift-wise admin operations and assignments of Admin Officers.
- Effective emergency response handling as per plan.
- Strategic Liaising with relevant govt. & external bodies in support of projects & programs of the Company.
- Implementation of Co. Policies & Compliance.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Min Bachelors (Business/Commerce/Art).
- Min 07 years of experience in general & security administration with 03 years in a supervisory role, preferably in large manufacturing plant/setup.
- Administrative Skills.
- Security Management & Protocol.
- Knowledge about Labor Laws.
- Must be aware of best Adminstration practices.
