Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Assistant Manager of Marketing in Karachi responsible for creating and coordinating the implementation of an integrated marketing program, which includes branding identity, strategic message development, advertising, and public relations.
Job Responsibilities:
1-Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
2-Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
3-Coordinate and execute various marketing initiatives, such as events, promotions, and advertising
4-Manage social media accounts and create content for various platforms.
5-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
6-Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
7-Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns
8-Maintain and update customer databases and email lists
9-Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and best practices
10-Provide support to lead marketing as needed.
Skills in:
1-Defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions;
2-Preparing a wide variety of marketing materials;
3-Managing projects;
4-Facilitating meetings;
5-Handling multiple tasks simultaneously;
6-Developing marketing strategies;
7-Utilizing computer technology used for communication, data gathering, and reporting;
8-Communicating effectively through oral and written mediums.
Qualifications & Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Two years of progressively responsible experience in managing marketing and communication activities, including one year of supervisory experience.
