🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct technical surveys for drop cable routes.
Lead and train ISP techs for seamless installations.
Configure ONT and CPE for top-notch service.
Manage aerial/underground fiber installations and quality control.
Perform fiber splicing and ensure resource efficiency.
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
Minimum DAE or FSc.
2-3 years in Telecom/ISP roles + leadership experience.
Strong communication and Excel skills.
