Are you passionate about fiber optics, network planning, and ensuring high-performance service quality? Join our dynamic team at Transworld Home! As a Backend Associate, you will:
◼ Supervise field teams and manage the relocation and deployment of GPON and CIR customers.
◼ Plan and prioritize tasks for fiber engineering teams and external vendors.
◼ Collaborate with leadership from NOC, Field Ops, and Customer Support.
◼ Monitor Tx/Rx power levels and correlate fiber losses with Rx performance.
◼ Analyze escalated tickets and provide comprehensive reports.
◼ Keep stakeholders updated on shutdowns, maintenance, and field incidents.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Expertise in GPON, fiber access networks, and dark cores.
✅ Hands-on experience in network planning, optimization, and rehabilitation.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
✅ 2+ years of experience in fiber optics/GPON.
✅ Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
