Regional Manager Service – South
🎓 Qualification: Bachelors Automotive/Mechanical Engineering/Business or a related field.
🛠Experience: 3-5 years of experience in automotive or relevant field
💼 Responsibilities:
•Implement aftersales strategies to enhance customer retention, service profitability, and workshop efficiency.
•Manage Field, Technical and Warranty for all dealerships of the assigned region.
•Achieve aftersales (Spare Parts & Service) targets of the assigned region.
•Conduct trainings for aftersales teams on REVOO’s after-sales (Parts & Service) policies.
•Conduct trainings to develop soft skills of dealership frontline & back-office staff
•Evaluate and improve warranty claim processes.
•Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company warranty standards.
•Support service teams in troubleshooting warranty-related or any other technical issues.
•Implement dealer after-sales compliance program to uplift operational efficiency & dealer motivation
•Support HO aftersales team for day-to-day operations.
