We’re Hiring: Senior Executive — Organizational Development
📍 Karachi (Group Role) | ✈ Occasional Travel
We’re looking for someone who loves building structure out of ideas. As Senior Executive – OD, you’ll be the engine that turns strategies into real programs across our group companies driving change, shaping culture, and making HR systems smarter.
💼 Responsibilities:
- Roll out OD initiatives that strengthen culture and performance across teams.
- Support the Head of HR & Admin in designing and executing people-development strategies.
- Drive change projects, from concept to execution, with clear timelines and adoption plans.
- Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and reports to measure progress.
- Partner with teams across locations to gather feedback and ensure smooth implementation.
What you bring:
a) 🎓 Qualification: BBA or Equivalent
b) 🛠Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in OD, L&D, or HR project execution.
- Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
- Confidence with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and HR data.
- A proactive, organized mindset, you see gaps and propose solutions
